Damages incurred by the Production during the contract are covered by the Production.
I do a joint inspection with the Production Manager at the beginning and end.

I rent this out to Productions for $500/week. Productions cover paper and ink costs (ordering and transport of paper and ink), I cover upkeep and maintenance costs. I generally charge $100 extra to transport it and set it up, and $80 to transport it back once your Production is finished using it. BONUS OPTION - $400 a week rental if your Production hires me as Graphic Artist, 1st Assistant Art Director or Art Director.
